You can exchange Monies for items by triggering a Daily Sale. You can buy an Alarm Clock for 2,000 Monies and/or a Pleasing Parfait for 5,000 Monies to help you in your Career and Races, respectively.
You could also buy Star Pieces for two randomly chosen characters, but they are expensive especially for 3 Star characters. Only do this for characters you need Star Pieces for.
To trigger a Daily Sale, do races like under the Races tab in the main menu like Team Trials or Daily Races. It can only be opened three times a day and last for 10 minutes.

Otherwise, you can exchange it for other useful items stuff like Support Points and, sometimes, star shards.
Notably, you could also save Friend Points to get a fully uncapped SSR Haru Urara (Urara's Day Off!) Support Card. Future scenarios will rework Guts, making it a useful Support Card in later updates.
Friend ID Sharing Board: Share Legacy and Support Cards

The main way of earning Friend Points is whenever your featured Support Card is used by other players. You can also earn them through Team Trials, Missions, and Events.

When a banner expires, you can use any Exchange Points you accumulated as Clovers. These means that your rolls can turn into useful items like Alarm Clocks, Monies, and even Pleasing Parfaits.
Though the Trainee and Support Scout Tickets are the ideal item, it will take a while to save enough Clovers for them.

Clovers are earned through Exchange Points in limited banners. Once the banner expires, any unspent Exchange Points will be converted into Clovers.
Another way to earn them is through using star pieces. We do not recommend this method unless you have star pieces for a 5★ character.

You can spend Club Points on to get another copy of the SSR cards you got by completing a story chapter, Star Pieces if you like the character, use them, or trade them for Monies.
Do note that it is not advisable to trade Club Points for Sashes, since you can already earn them by winning the specific race in Career Mode.

Earn Club Points by, first, joining a Club. You will receive Club Points when your clubmates use your featured Veteran Umamusume as a Legacy, you donate Racing Shoes to other clubmates, and your Club reaches a certain rank every month.
You can get 10 Club Points by donating 2 Shoes to a club member's request. You can only do 10 donations every day.
