Swinging Maestro is a very good stamina recovery skill to have, especially on Medium and Long races. This can be earned at the end of this card's chain event, which is easier to get to than random career events.
Scenario-Linked for Unity Cup
Rice Shower is among the scenario-linked characters in the Unity Cup. When you have her card in your deck (or her as your trainee) will allow you to choose the team name Blue Bloom in Junior Year Late September of the Unity Cup career.
Winning the Unity Cup Finals with this team name will grant your trainee the stamina recovery skill Cooldown. Cooldown is good for Long races, and can be a pick for some upcoming Long Champions Meetings, such as Libra Cup, Sagittarius Cup, and Pisces Cup.

High Training Effectiveness at MLB
Rice Shower is nice to have for having a Training Effectiveness bonus, making her an effective stat booster even if she floats to different training facilities. At MLB, she reaches to about 15%, just 5% short of the MLB Biko Pegasus Speed SSR.
Not Recommended Solely for Skill Hints
Aside from this card's Career Event skills, its hint skills are of limited use to Aces in PvP; the most you can get from them are green skills, while the debuffs and speed skills present are quite conditional. This card really is mostly used for her Career Event skills along with its stats.
Lasts Until MANT Scenario
The Rice Shower (Happiness Just around the Bend) card will last until the MANT scenario where Guts gets a rework and other card types become more relevant. Power may be best obtained through other means instead, such as Sparks.
MANT will see more uses from higher Race Bonus cards such as Haru Urara Guts SSR, Nice Nature Wit SSR, or the future Matikane Fukukitaru Speed SSR.

Anonymous 19 daysIs anyone else having a problem with Rice's career events not showing up on the Power card? Yeah, I know RNG and all that, but I've run 15 careers using this card so far and not a single one of her career events has played. Not a single Swinging Maestro in 15 runs.
