Kitasan Black is a meta-defining support, thanks to increased Training Effectiveness and Professor of Curvature. She also has excellent event effects that grant mood and energy recovery.
This banner is a must-pull, especially if you don't have a max uncapped or at least Limit Break 3 Kitasan Black yet.
Aim for Max Uncapped Kitasan Black
If you own a copy of Kitasan Black but haven't fully uncapped her yet, you can pull for extra copies to eventually reach max limit break. A maxed out Kitasan Black has exceptionally high Specialty Priority that can give trainees a massive boost in speed, on top of other bonuses.
At Limit Break 3, Kitasan Black already outperforms most other Speed Support Cards, while at Limit Break 2 or lower she remains on par with them.
Limit Break 3 Obtainable for Rerollers and New Accounts
Players who wish to reroll for Kitasan Black on new accounts can potentially reach Limit Break 3 using the free Carats. If a new account performs 200 rolls, players have about a 19% chance of obtaining LB3 Kitasan Black.
Limit Break 2 Is a Good Stopping Point for Low or Non-Spenders
If you're a low-spender or free-to-play and claimed Kitasan Black with Support Exchange at 200 pulls, two uncaps is good enough.
At Limit Break 2 or two uncaps, a max uncapped Kitasan Black is still achievable with the following methods:
- First Anniversary Exchange Ticket - Estimated to be around March 2026. Requires completing missions to obtain the SSR Exchange Ticket.
- Rainbow Uncap Crystals - Obtained by participating in story events, which reward Crystal Shards. 20 Crystal Shards are needed for one Rainbow Uncap Crystal.
However, if you’re willing to spend, a max uncapped Kitasan Black is a strong investment, as she will remain top tier for a long time.
