The Annex Gate Pass is one of the first Key Items you obtain in the game. It is held by a bunch of Pretas that you'll need to defeat in order to claim it. Once obtained, it can be used to open the gate thats blocking you from accessing the rest of the now demon-infested areas of Shinjuku Hospital.
