To fuse Ame-no-Uzume, you need to fuse a Fairy + Holy demon or a Fairy + Divine Demon.
Ame-no-Uzume is particularly useful against the Matador boss fight thanks to her built in Media spell that can sustain the whole party during the fight.

These two demons are the easiest ones to procure for the required races to fuse Ame-no-Uzume before the Matador fight. We highly recommend using both demons to easily get one of the best healer demons at this stage of the game.
