Rainy Rummy Others can be easily found in Abandoned Subway: Suoh Line 9. Fill your Brain Drive meter then focus down 5 of them to complete the quest.

Do note that Brain Drive resets when you leave major locations. Stay inside the Abandoned Subway if you plan to complete the quest there.
