You can buy a Precision Airstrike for 5,000 Essence from Buy Stations in all Threat Zones. These Buy Stations are located in different places across Urzikstan and are marked with a shopping cart icon on your Tac-Map.

A Precision Airstrike can be obtained from Reward Rifts upon completion of a Contract. However, it's not guaranteed that you will get one as the rewards for contracts are completely random.

Mark Airstrike Location Using Binoculars

Modern Warfare 3 - Precision Airstrike Binoculars

Bring up the Precision Airstrike binoculars, zoom-in on a target location and mark it to call an airstrike. After a few moments, several bombs will drop on the location that you marked.

The binoculars can be equipped similar to how all killstreaks are activated; Right Directional Arrow on the D-pad for Xbox and Playstation, or the Number 3 key for PC.
