The-O Analysis

The-O Skills
EX Skill	• Deal 1385% to one enemy. • If the targeted enemy is afflicted with the "Unavoidable" debuff, it receives 701% more ATK damage. • Inflict "Unavoidable" debuff on the targeted enemy for 8 seconds.
Transcendent Skill	• At the start of battle, The-O's max HP is increased by 25%. • At the start of battle, The-O's evasion is increased by 25%. • At the start of battle, The-O's EX Skill gauge is filled by 50%. • Whenever The-O evades an attack, it heals 1236 HP.
Skill 1	• At the start of battle, The-O's evasion is increased by 10%. • Whenever The-O evades an attack, its beam damage is increased by 17% for 10 seconds (stackable up to 5 times). • Whenever The-O evades an attack, its EX Skill gauge is filled by 6%.
Skill 2	• Unlock ［Strong Attack］Beam Rifle. • Whenever The-O evades an attack, it heals 764 HP. • Whenever The-O takes damage, its evasion is increased by 5% for 10 seconds (Stackable up to 5 times).

Evasive Juggernaut With Powerful EX Spamming

The-O is an Armored mobile suit equipped with great defensive skills while also having the tools to take out opponents by itself. It's one of the best Armored units both offensively and defensively.

Let's start with its defense. It's a tank equipped with evasion buffs that max out at 60%. With Paptimus Scirocco, it's granted 12% more evasion and up to 80% more reaction, so it's extremely good at evading attacks. It has a standard Armored MS Transcendent skill of 25% more max HP, and it can heal up to 2000 HP on evade. Teams who don't have the right tools to effectively deal with evasion units will struggle very hard against The-O. It also benefits from being attacked by multiple opponents and multi-hit attacks as this gives it more opportunities to evade.

The-O's EX skill is also very powerful, dealing 1385% of its ATK while inflicting the Unavoidable debuff. If the target is already inflicted with Unavoidable, the EX Skill will deal additional damage equal to 701% of The-O's ATK. The best-case scenario is when The-O deals damage equal to 2086% ATK, which is a crazy amount of damage. That said, having another unit that can inflict Unavoidable on foes, particularly the Hyaku Shiki (which can inflict it on all enemies), is beneficial for The-O. But since The-O can inflict it on opponents by itself, it's not really essential to bring an Unavoidable debuffer along.

Stronger When Transcended and Potential Unleashed

All units who rely on their EX skill a lot are way better at max Potential Lv. since it's tied to the EX skill damage multipliers and effect durations. The higher this unit's Potential Lv., the more capable it becomes of winning matches.

Getting The-O to max Transcendent Lv. also greatly increases its survivability and overall effectiveness as it grants 25% more max HP, 25% more evasion, allows it to start matches with its EX gauge halfway filled, and allows it to restore 1236 more HP on evasion.

Paptimus Scirocco, the Man from Jupiter, gives a few useful buffs to The-O so it can better fulfill its role as a dodge tank. He grants 12% more evasion and up to 80% more reaction. This allows The-O to evade attacks more, which means it'll heal more and restore more of its EX gauge.

Aside from that, Paptimus also increases The-O's damage by way of his Ranged Sense buffs.
