Arena is one of Gundam UC Engage's most popular game modes that players work towards. But what can you get out of it? Read on to learn what you can earn by playing Arena and which ones to prioritize.
List of Contents
Each Arena match, win or lose, will reward you with Arena Medals, and at the end of every season, you'll earn a minimum of 1,000 and a maximum of 3,000 depending on how high you're ranked in the leaderboard. These Arena Medals can then be exchanged for goods at the Arena Shop.
The Arena Shop contains Unit Assembly Tickets, UR Body and Third Weapon Chips, Blueprints of 12 different mobile suits (4 of each rarity), and Coins.
The best purchase you can make in the Arena Shop is to buy Char's Zaku II blueprints if you don't have it at Potential Lv. 5 yet. On top of being a solid Raid unit, it's one of the easiest units in the game to get blueprints for and increase its Potential Lv. to max thanks to its availability in Fragment Quests.
Even if you don't like the CZII, it's still well worth getting since after you get it to Potential Lv. 5, the CZII blueprints you earn from Fragment Quests every day will be converted into Rainbow Haro Coins, a scarce resource that you can use to Transcend your mobile suits and make them so much stronger.
How to Get Started With the Arena?
Diamonds and Recycle Points can be earned in Arena, though you'll only get them as a reward after every season concludes, and not after every match. Just like with the Arena Medal season rewards, how many you get depends on how high your Arena rank is. You can only earn a maximum of 400 Diamonds and a minimum of only 100, so if your goal is to stock up on Diamonds, know that you won't get much from Arena. On the other hand, can get a decent amount of Recycle Points at the end of the season, which ranges from 500-1500.
Other than the rewards listed above, you could use the Arena as some sort of proving ground to see how well you fare against the rest of the world and to establish yourself as one of the game's top players. Arena rankings for the current season and the past 2 seasons are displayed, so getting to the top will mean that the people who check the rankings will see and recognize you as one of the best in the world.
Ranking among the top 300 in a season will get you into Elite Arena, the biggest PvP stage in the game. Here, only the best players in the game can compete, and the rewards are much bigger than the ones you can win in Standard.
