Arena is one of Gundam UC Engage's most popular game modes, but it may be unclear to newer players what they're really grinding for. Read on to learn what can be earned for participating in the arena, like Arena Medals, Diamonds, and Recycle Points, and a place in the leaderboards.

Each Arena match, win or lose, will reward players with Arena Medals, and at the end of every season, they will earn a minimum of 6,000 medals and a maximum of 8,000 medals, depending on how high they are ranked in the leaderboard. These Arena Medals can then be exchanged for goods at the Arena Shop.
The Arena Shop contains Unit Assembly Tickets, UR Body and Third Weapon Chips, Blueprints of 12 different mobile suits (4 of each rarity), and Coins.
The best purchase that can be made in the Arena Shop is to buy Char's Zaku II blueprints if it is not at Potential Lv. 5 yet. If a player started the game with a good roll, odds are there is no place for this unit on a team. It is not strong by any means, but it is still the most valuable purchase that can be made in the Arena Shop.
Char's Zaku II is still extremely valuable since, after it gets to Potential Lv. 5, the Char's Zaku II blueprints earned from Fragment Quests every day will be converted into Rainbow Haro Coins, a scarce resource that you can use to Transcend mobile suits and make them so much stronger.
How to Get Started With the Arena?

Diamonds and Recycle Points can be earned in Arena, though players can only get them as a reward after every season concludes, and not after every match. Just like with the Arena Medal season rewards, the recycle points that players get depend on how high their Arena rank is.
They can only earn a maximum of 1000 Diamonds (assuming you're in Standard Arena) and a minimum of only 100, so if the goal is to stock up on Diamonds, not much will be gotten from Arena. On the other hand, players could get a decent amount of Recycle Points at the end of the season, ranging from 12000 to 25000.

Other than the rewards listed above, players could use the Arena as some sort of proving ground to see how well they fare against the rest of the world and to establish themselves as one of the game's top players. Arena rankings for the current season and the past two seasons are displayed, so getting to the top will result in players getting recognition.
Ranking among the top 300 in a season will get players into Elite Arena, the biggest PvP stage in the game. Here, only the best players in the game can compete, and the rewards are much bigger than the ones that can be won in Standard.
