AP in Gundam UCE is required to play almost all its game modes, especially those with the best rewards. Read on to learn what AP is, how to get more AP, and the different methods available.
List of Contents

AP is a special currency that players use when participating in battles. Without any, players will not be able to do quests, event battles, and the like. As player rank increases, maximum AP will increase as well. AP replenishes after a while, so the maximum amount of AP will be accumulated by the next day.

A player's max AP is determined by their Player Rank. Each time a player levels up, their maximum AP cap also increases by 1. However, once the highest Player Rank is reached, their max AP will increase by 21 instead of just 1.
This means that grinding all the way to the maximum Player Rank is advisable to be able to store as much AP as possible.

It is possible to replenish AP by using diamonds. To do this, tap on the little plus sign beside the AP meter at the top-most part of the game's screen. The prices start at 20 Diamonds per AP, but those prices are raised for every 300 AP bought.
Buying 300 AP daily for 60 Diamonds helps in completing the game's daily grind requirements, and is recommended because players get 60 Diamonds from completing their daily achievement quests.
Spending more than 300 AP daily is not recommended, as there are many better ways to spend diamonds, like in gacha pulls.

AP Restoration Items can also be used to keep the grind going. To do this, like with the Diamond method, tap on the little plus sign beside the AP meter at the top-most part of the screen and then select "Use AP restoration item(s)" to restore AP.

AP can also be purchased in the Coin Shop for 500 Coins (x100 AP) and 4 Coins (x20 AP). Both the 100 AP and 20 AP variants can be purchased 5 times a day, for a total of 600 AP.
Because of its low cost, the abundance of coins, and the huge daily AP requirements for grinding Haro Farms and such, buying all 600 AP from the Coin Shop is recommended. The shop can be accessed with the Shop button on the left part of the home screen.

Completing achievement challenges will often reward players with AP. This may be accessed straight from the home screen with the Achievements button on the left part of the screen.

If AP is needed as soon as possible, buying the game's AP Packs is an option. These give set amounts of AP each day, depending on how long they are. Currently, they come in 7 Day and 14 Day variants, and will give players who buy them an additional 200 AP per day.
Aside from AP, AP Packs also give players one extra Material Quest attempt, 50 Skip Tickets, and zero AP consumption in all Fragment Quests while the AP pack is active.
