One of the main reasons why players should be in a Clan is to exchange Modules with other clan members. Modules are equipment pieces that buff certain stats in mobile suits, which could give them an advantage in battle.
Once a player exchanges a Module, they will get Clan Medals that can be used to buy items at the Clan Medal Shop.

If players have enough Clan Medals, they will be able to buy mobile suit weapon chips and tickets for the game's mobile suit and character gacha banners. To earn more medals, players can exchange Modules or finish Clan Achievements.

After choosing a PvE mission, the game allows players to borrow a pilot and mobile suit duo belonging to other players. Joining a clan gives a player access to potentially powerful mobile suits that belong to their clanmates. The borrowed MS and pilot will always occupy the rightmost slot of the squad menu. Players should double check their team before deployment and adjust accordingly.
Do note that some mobile suits are better worth borrowing than others. An SS-tier or S-tier unit is very likely to perform better than a lower-tiered unit, even if the latter has a higher total CP.

Being a clan member allows players to participate in the Clan Battle Event. It features two modes where players must deal as much damage as possible within the given time limit. Players can earn Clan Medals, Grand Coins, and Haro Coins based on the amount of damage their team deals during the battle.
