Anti-Gundam Specialist

The Psycho Zaku is a mobile suit known for 2 things: its EX skill that deals bonus damage to Gundam-Type enemy units, and its offensive firepower that grows with each fallen ally.

Its EX skill deals 644% ATK to a single target, but if that unit is a Gundam-Type MS, it receives 163% ATK every 5 seconds for 20 seconds. It doesn't have the ability to start matches at 50% EX gauge, nor does it have any EX gauge recovery buffs. It does, however, restore 25% of its EX gauge each time an ally falls in battle.

Grows Stronger With Each Fallen Ally

This mobile suit's regular skills include two 48% beam damage buffs that are active for as long as it stays at or above the 100% and 80% HP thresholds, which is very common among Bombardment mobile suits.

More importantly, Psycho Zaku's Skill 1 increases its damage by 26% for each ally that gets eliminated. When it's the last MS standing, it receives a 130% damage buff that affects not only beam and projectile damage but EX skill damage as well.

What holds the Psycho Zaku's value back is how it cannot guarantee to be the last one standing, and once opponents lock onto it, it's pretty much over for the Psycho Zaku unless it gets to kill the attacker first, given that it has absolutely no defensive skills whatsoever.

Gains Accuracy Buffs, Faster EX Gauge Regen When Transcended

Transcending this MS grants 25% accuracy, which is its only accuracy buff, a 36% damage buff, and the 25% EX gauge restoration that activates each time an ally dies. While these are pretty straightforward and simple, these are very strong Transcendent Skills. A 36% damage boost is much better than a beam/projectile damage buff as it improves all the different ways a unit deals damage and not just one aspect of it.

Meanwhile, its 25% EX gauge restoration buff is very strong given that it activates simultaneously with the 26% damage buff it receives when an ally falls in battle. That said, the next time it uses its EX skill will be 26% stronger (or more when multiple allies fall) than at the base.
