The Gundam Full Armor (Thunderbolt), commonly referred to as FATB, is a powerful Armored mobile suit with massive bulk. It is an Armored unit that is difficult to kill due to its high defense, beam resistance, and healing, but it can also deal significant damage to enemies if they leave it alive for too long.
Due to its staying power, especially during the early game, this unit is ideal for main quest stages where losing a single mobile suit is undesirable. It also maintains relevance later on as a Sub MS
Even though it is a Fragment Quest unit that you can get for free later on, it is still worth picking the FATB early on in your playthrough, as this accelerates your Haro Farm. If you pick the FATB from the selector, you will need 200 fewer blueprints to get this MS to Potential Lv. 5, allowing you to earn Rainbow Haro Coins
Unfortunately, while Io Fleming's skills certainly fit the Gundam Full Armor (Thunderbolt) well, he doesn't provide nearly as much utility as other pilots you can select.

The S Gundam is another option to pick using the Guaranteed UR Mobile Suit Select Unit Assembly Ticket. It is a decent Bombardment-category mobile suit with high beam damage and an EX Skill that hits hard and increases its critical rate. And all you need to do to maintain its firepower is to guard it with competent frontliners.
Do take note that the S Gundam does not scale very well later into the game, as it lacks a damage cap buff, limiting the maximum amount of damage it deals with its attacks and EX skill to just 100,000. It'll do very well early into the battle, however.
If you did an ideal reroll, you probably don't need S Gundam on your team, as there are many better ranged-oriented DPS units, such as the free Gundam + G-Fighter that you can get from Beginner's Trial.
If you do decide on the S Gundam, take note that its best pilot, Roux Louka, is also available to pick using the Guaranteed UR Character Select Unit Assembly Ticket. She is what makes the S Gundam a great choice for your ticket.

Kou Uraki is an extremely useful pilot for beginners, but only if you got the Gundam F91 (Full Power) from your reroll and if you didn't get that unit's signature pilot, Seabook Arno.
Kou grants up to 415% ranged sense and 65% reaction to Green type and Protagonist Units, respectively, though his MS will need to evade to build these buffs. The ranged sense buff will give the F91 a significant boost in firepower, making it a strong offensive unit.

Just like Kou, Chloe Croce is an extremely useful pilot for beginners, but only if you got the Gundam F91 (Full Power) from your reroll and if you didn't get that unit's signature pilot, Seabook Arno.
Chloe grants up to 415% ranged sense and 28% evasion (for 30 seconds) to Limiter Override and Green type units, respectively. However, just like Kou, the MS she'll be in will have to evade to stack and build its buffs.
Between Chloe and Kou, Kou is the better option as his reaction
Still, if you don't like Kou Uraki for whatever reason and need a pilot for the F91, Chloe Croce should provide you with similar value.

Riddhe Marcenas is one of the most versatile pilots in the game in the sense that he's usable in any Red-type mobile suit that deals primarily ranged damage. He grants up to 210% ranged sense to Red-type units, which isn't exactly a crazy amount like the two we discussed above, but is acceptable, especially for a substitute pilot.
That being said, if you pulled Red-type meta units like the Awakened Magna Martell or the Victory 2 Assault Gundam without their signature pilots, consider using your ticket on Riddhe to give them a good damage boost.

Roux Louka is a good pilot to get with your Guaranteed UR Character Select Unit Assembly Ticket if you have the S Gundam on your team. She can provide it with additional firepower and accuracy that allows it to perform better in battle.
She can also be slotted into other Blue-type or Bombardment-category units since those units can also trigger her skills.

Now that you've picked your units with your selector tickets, your goal should be to continue grinding through the main quest and leveling up. The point here is that you want to maximize your Diamond generation in order to maximize use of the 72-hour gacha banners, or to amass a stockpile of Diamonds to pull from future must-pull banners.
Leveling up, on the other hand, raises the maximum level of your units, while also increasing their maximum Custom Level. Both these upgrade systems are extremely important and should help your units reach significantly higher levels of power.

Not to be confused with its Purple-type version, The-O (Green) is nowhere near as good as its meta-defining counterpart, given its reliance on evasion to succeed, which isn't very strong by itself anymore due to the overwhelming presence of units with access to Bullseye.
What makes The-O worth pulling is how it is an excellent Sub MS for evasive Green-type units like the F91 (Full Power), since The-O's Sub Skills allow its main MS to charge its EX gauge on each successful evasion.
Take note that you'll need at least 2 copies of a mobile suit in order to access its Sub Skills, so using your ticket on it will only get you halfway there.

The Zeong is an AoE Bombardment mobile suit that's past its prime, but is still very much usable if you need a backline DPS unit. The problem with it is how it needs high Potential Levels (more copies) to strengthen its AoE EX skill. Compared to this, a single-copy's Zeong is much weaker.

The Yellow Sazabi used to dominate the meta, but now it is a so-so unit if you compare it to the top-tier units of today.
It is a lifestealing bruiser with Bullseye and good beam damage, but it lacks that extra oomph that makes today's best DPS units thrive. Think of it as an inferior version of the Generic Sinanju, which does everything the Sazabi does but better, along with having the ability to reach 100% crit rate by itself.
Still, the Yellow Sazabi can be a good Sub MS for units that do not have Bullseye. It can also be used in stages where you need to survive as long as possible, given its lifesteal.

Choose the signature pilot of the mobile suit you chose with your Starter Limited UR MS Select Unit Assembly Ticket, as all these pilots are rather specialized pilots that do not particularly fare well in other meta mobile suits.
The only exception is [C0219] Amuro Ray, as he'll be a great pilot for the Full Armor Unicorn Gundam (NT-D) if you happened to pull it during your reroll but found no luck pulling for its pilot.

UR Selector Tickets are handed out as rewards, with the first one being a reward for making an account. The next ones are typically rewarded as a login bonus reward or an achievement reward, but these are quite rare and only awarded during very special instances like anniversary campaigns, returning player campaigns, or new player campaigns.

UR Selector Tickets may also be purchased with real money from the game's Diamond shop, but this is typically only available in special bundles for very special events.
