How to Play Raid Battle
Raid Battle Event
The latest iteration of Raid Battle for October is all about fighting a Purple Generic version of the Gundam, alongside a Guntank, a Guncannon, and 3 GMs. To beat this event, you and the other participants need to deal damage worth 3,000,000,000 HP.
Players will want to call on their friends and clanmates to team up and beat the boss. Winning bags you and your allies modules and other rewards, but the player who initiated the battle and the top-ranking players will get the best spoils, including Event Medals.
This Raid boss can be taken on solo, but it will only really be possible if you have today's best units and you have tons of investments in them as well. Take note that even the best players in the game take at least a couple of attempts to solo Raid Battle II, so it may take you the same number of tries or more.
Also, an exclusive module that's great for units with the "Zeon Forces-Affiliated" unit category is up for grabs. There are a handful of notable units that can make good use of this module, namely the new Sniper Zeong, both the R and SR-rarity Solari Zakus, and possibly future meta picks. This module increases beam or projectile damage while also raising the unit's damage cap by 100,000, making it a must-have module for Zeon Forces-Affiliated DPS units.
Use Event Medals to buy leveling materials, modules, and other goodies from the dedicated Event Shop. If you want more rewards, complete the Achievement Rewards missions and win Diamonds, custom tickets, and other items.

The enemy units target the highest HP unit on your team, so having a tanky MS draw aggro should keep the rest of your team protected for the most part. Each of the enemy units you'll face come with huge amounts of evasion, so not every meta unit will work, and you'll need a consistent way to bypass this. Luckily, the enemies here don't deal too much damage until after around 3 minutes of combat.
The best mobile suit by far for this iteration of Raid Battle is the Unicorn Gundam (Hyper Mega Launcher), especially if it's at Potential Lv. 5. It boasts unmatched DPS for the event thanks to its spammable EX skill that constantly bursts its target with huge damage.
No other unit comes close to this one's performance, so when choosing which MS to borrow from your clanmates and friends, pick the Unicorn Gundam HML.

You don't need to bring along a tank or a healer since the Unicorn Gundam HML has exceptional defense for the first hour and a half, and the enemies don't deal much damage early on anyway.
In fact, feeding aggro towards the P5 Unicorn HML works well as it further increases the MS's EX casting speed. Assuming you have an extremely strong version of the Unicorn Gundam HML, you can clear Raid Battle II on your own within 2 attempts, and with only 3 mobile suits, which we'll touch on below.

The Awakened Magna Martell takes on the role of debuffer and tank in this team.
It makes an enemy unit take 48% increased damage from your entire team, which will further amplify the Unicorn Gundam HML's offensive value.
Later on, when the Unicorn Gundam HML's HP falls, the Magna Martell will start taking damage and eventually access its enhanced state, where it benefits from Absolute Evade. This allows it to tank for the team until the Raid Boss inevitably starts dealing huge damage and taking out your units.
If you pulled for the Sniper Zeong, it can be used for exactly the same purposes.

Char's Z'Gok ensures that the Magna Martell's targeted debuff is inflicted on the Gundam, and also directs all attacks towards the said target. This MS also increases the damage the Gundam will take, which allows for even higher damage output from the Unicorn Gundam HML.
With these three units discussed above, high-level players can easily complete Raid Battle II attempts on their own in just 5 or 6 minutes.
