The once-feared colossus of PVP, the Zeong, has seen better days. Though it used to dominate the Arena, its powerful EX skill and buffs for Zeon Forces-affiliated units no longer cut it in the current meta. However, it is still a potent - or, rather, one of the most potent - PvE units around, especially when paired with the Gundam Ez8, which buffs its critical ATK and critical rate.

Lore Profile
The culmination of the Principality of Zeon's experiments in Psycommu technology, the Zeong was designed from the get-go to be a colossal mobile suit piloted by a Newtype, armed with wire-operated mega beam particle cannons in its fingers. Designed to be the ultimate mobile suit for its time, Zeon ace pilot Char Aznable piloted it during the battle of A Baoa Qu in the final days of the One Year War, only to lose to Amuro Ray and the original Gundam. Char himself, however, was able to escape the battle.

Char Aznable is by far the best pilot for the Zeong and is essential in maximizing Zeong's power. He grants a stacking range sense of up to a massive 300%, which the Zeong can stack very quickly thanks to its high hit-count weapons. Char also somewhat addresses one of the Zeong's weaknesses, which is its low accuracy, by granting it 24%.

The next best pilot for the Zeong is Roux Louka, though she won't be nearly as effective in it as Char.

Hi.... I have a question about zeong. Can you explain how zeong can start the ex attack just at the beginning of the battle? Because I often see zeong do that, either it's mine or other player zeong. Logically, zeong should hit at least one time before it release the ex attack, because the trancendent lv 5 only restore 50% ex gauge. Thanks you.
