Mobile Suits Stats Explained - Gundam UC Engage

Mobile suit stats in Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Engage determine a mobile suit's performance in battle. Read on to learn the different stats that make up a mobile suit, such as combat power, HP, ATK, DEF, Level, Skill Rate, Terrain Capability, and more.

Mobile Suit Stats Explained

Combat Power

Combat Gundam UC Engage

Combat Power (CP) represents how powerful a mobile suit is. The higher the CP, the better it will perform in battle.

A mobile suit's CP can be raised by levelling it up, increasing its Transcendent Level, performing Potential Unleashed, raising its Customization level, increasing its Skill Rate Lv., allocating Unit Enhancement points, equipping it with Modules, and giving it a Pilot.

HP

HP represents a mobile suit's health. When a mobile suit's HP goes down to zero, the unit is defeated.

It is important to take note that plenty of mobile suits, especially among backline DPS units, have buffs that are only active when their HP is above certain thresholds. Some units, on the other hand, have skills that activate only when their HP falls below a certain threshold.

An example of an ability with an HP threshold is the S Gundam's Skill 2. One of this skill's effects is a 48% boost to beam damage as long as its HP remains at 100%.

ATK

This stat affects the damage dealt by a mobile suit's EX Skill and other damaging skills. The higher a mobile suit's ATK value is, the more damage it deals to the enemy.

DEF

The higher a mobile suit's DEF value is, the less damage it will take from enemy attacks.

Level & Level Cap

A unit receives more base stats the higher its level is. A unit's level can be increased by using EXP levelling materials. Alternatively, very new players who do not have enough EXP levelling materials can also make mobile suits gain EXP when they win battles.

A unit's max level is tied directly to the Player Rank.

Skill Rates

Skill Rate is similar to unit level, and increases a unit's base stats. This can be raised by using the MS in combat. However, raising the SR level in this way will take an extremely long time. Instead of relying solely on combat, it is recommended to use Skill Rate leveling materials.

A blue and white shining border indicates that a mobile suit's Skill Rate level is at 10 or above. A red shining banner, on the other hand, indicates that a mobile suit is at Skill Rate Lv. 30, the highest in the game.

Terrain Capability

Terrain Capability determines a mobile suit's suitability for different types of terrain. These are presented by a circle (〇), a triangle (△), and an X (✖). If a unit has a circle for a certain terrain type, it will not suffer any disadvantages. Those with a triangle rating will suffer from debuffs, while those with an X rating will have to fight with an even more substantial debuff.

Combat System Explained

Increase Projectiles

Increase Projectiles affects the amount of damage a mobile suit deals to enemies when using projectile weapons like machine guns.

Increase Beam

Increase Beam affects the amount of damage a mobile suit deals to enemies when using beam weapons like beam rifles.

Reduce Projectiles

Reduce Projectiles decreases the amount of damage taken by the mobile suit when hit by projectile weapons.

Reduce Beam

Reduce Beam decreases the amount of damage taken by the mobile suit when hit by projectile weapons.

Critical Value

Critical Value increases the chance of a mobile suit landing a critical hit when attacking an enemy.

Increase Critical

Increase Critical determines how much damage a mobile suit deals when landing a critical hit.
