Designated Newtype Killer

The Blue Destiny Unit-1 has one job and one job only: to kill Newtype Machines. Its EX Skill deals increased damage to mobile suits with the "Newtype Machine" unit category, on top of giving itself increased accuracy and beam damage. If you're up against machines like the Zeta Gundam, the Blue Destiny is one of the best units you can put in your party to counter it.

Gets Evasion Boosts Upon Transcendence

The Blue Destiny Unit-1 gets further upgrades when it is transcended: more Evasion in the form of a 30-second buff at the start of the battle, then a 10-second buff after every time its EX Skill is activated. It also gets a beam damage buff.
