Baund Doc Analysis

Strong All-Arounder

The Baund Doc is an extremely versatile unit complete with damage, evasion, durability, and debuffing in the form of the Unavoidable debuff. It won't annihilate the enemy team like the Sazabi or the Zeong, it's not as tanky as something like the Penelope or The-O, it's not as evasive as something like the Titania, and it's not as good at debuffing as something like the Hyaku Shiki or the Qubeley. While it may not be the best at anything it does, its great versatility makes it a good pick in almost all matches, given that it doesn't particularly struggle against many units.

The Baund Doc is equipped with a 48% evasion buff, a 48% max HP buff, and a 48% less damage taken buff, which all contribute to its tankiness. It has a stacking ranged damage buff that caps at 66%, a stacking Third Weapon projectile damage buff that caps at 132%, and a 99% damage increase against enemies with the Unavoidable status effect. It also benefits from a 200000 max damage cap increase, allowing it to deal huge amounts of damage.

As for its EX skill, it deals 578% ATK as damage, inflicts Unavoidable on the target, and increases its ranged damage by 50%. When fully Transcended, this MS can use its EX skill rather early given that it has that "restore 50% EX gauge when battle begins" Transcendent Lv. 5 skill. Other Transcendent skills include a 25% accuracy buff and 36% buffs to both ranged and proximity damage.

Overall, this unit is an excellent PvP unit given that it fits well in the current meta. It's tanky enough to survive AoE blasts, its Unavoidable debuff is great for the game's strongest tank (The-O), it's not a Gundam-Type or a Protagonist Unit that will struggle against Char's Z'Gok and the Zeong, and it's a Yellow-type in a meta where there aren't many strong Purple-type mobile suits. It's not a must-pull like the Gyan, Yellow Sazabi, and Zeong, but it's a unit worth pulling for if you enjoy PvP. It somewhat becomes a must-pull if you still need 1 or 2 top-tier units on your PvP team, but otherwise, it's alright to skip pulling for it or get one copy for the Encirclement Breakthrough Battles event.

Stronger When Transcended

If you intend on using this MS for PvP, aim to fully Transcend it as you'll want it to inflict Unavoidable as early as possible, as well as reap the benefits of its 50% ranged damage buff.
