Gives Accuracy, Evasion Buff to Allies

If you're fielding a team of mobile suits with the "High Mobility" unit category, the Delta Plus' EX Skill will give them a 20-second Evasion boost on top of the 20-second Accuracy buff it already gives to allies.

EX Skill Deals Damage When Transcended

If you upgrade the Delta Plus, it gets a 25% Accuracy buff, and its EX Skill will be able to damage one enemy unit. Since the Delta Plus isn't that strong compared to other Generic or Raid units, it may be best to not transcend the unit if you are only using it as a support.
