Delta Plus Analysis

Delta Plus Skills
EX Skill • Boosts the accuracy of all allies by 23% for 20 seconds.
• The evasion of all "High Mobility" unit category allies is increased by 17% for 20 seconds.
Transcendent Skill • At the start of battle, the Delta Plus' accuracy is increased by 25%.
• Whenever the Delta Plus uses its EX Skill, it deals 578% ATK damage to one targeted enemy unit.
• At the start of battle, the Delta Plus' EX skill gauge is filled by 50%.
Skill 1 • At the start of battle, the Delta Plus' accuracy is increased by 14%.
Skill 2 • Unlock the Twin Grenade Launcher.
• At the start of battle, increase the Delta Plus' EX Skill gauge recovery by 46%.

Low-Impact Buffer

The Delta Plus is a very low-impact buffer and does not do anything at a high level.

Its EX skill increases its entire team's accuracy by 23% and grants High Mobility allies a 17% evasion buff. Neither of these buffs is particularly powerful, especially if you consider how Arena and endgame level content are saturated with Bullseye and Absolute Evade units, against which accuracy and evasion do nothing.

Its regular skills are also quite bad. It gets a 14% accuracy buff from its Skill 1. Skill 2, on the other hand, grants a 46% EX gauge recovery buff. This would've been a very powerful buff on other units with strong EX skills, but since this MS's EX skill is a low-impact ability, it doesn't really change anything. Its EX skill doesn't even deal damage by default, which is extremely rare for a UR-rarity mobile suit.

Not Worth Transcending

At Transcendent Lv. 5, the Delta Plus gets a 25% accuracy buff, and its EX Skill will be able to target a targeted enemy unit. It also gets a 50% EX gauge restoration skill when battle begins, which allows it to use its EX skill very early into the battle.

Fully Transcending this MS undoubtedly makes it better, but even then, it still wouldn't be able to do anything at a high level. Its damage is very low, the buffs it grants its allies aren't really useful, and its defense is almost non-existent, barring a few measly evasion buffs.

Riddhe Marcenas is one of the most useful pilots to have, given his stacking ranged sense buffs that he grants to any Red-type unit. While the Delta Plus is Riddhe's signature mobile suit, having them together doesn't really change anything, and the duo will still be one of the worst units to field across all game modes.

You can try adjusting your Unit Enhancement setup if you can't win against certain stages. However, this will not guarantee you a win, so you should also factor in all the other elements in play and adjust accordingly.

The only time you'll use this unit is in Total War as fodder to clear easy missions. There's no other use for this MS unless you literally don't have anything else on your roster, which is extremely unlikely if you rerolled for good units and did an optimal start.
