Full Armor Unicorn Gundam Analysis

Tanky Generic MS

The Full Armor Unicorn Gundam (FAUC) sounds a lot like an Armored unit, both by name and when you look at its skills. What makes it so tanky is its 48% max HP Transcendent skill, its ability to restore 6% max HP every 5 seconds, its 48% DEF buff, and its EX skill that reduces the damage both it and its allies take.

About that EX skill, it deals 693% ATK damage while also reducing the beam and projectile damage the whole team takes by 30%. This EX skill can be fired off rather quickly thanks to it starting matches with its EX gauge halfway filled at Transcendent Lv. 5. It also restores 3% of its EX gauge for each time it takes damage. However, if it's not being attacked, don't expect it to spam its EX skill.

Its other Transcendent Skills include a 25% accuracy buff, a 36% beam damage buff, and a stacking beam damage buff on dealing damage that maxes out at 58%. These stacks accumulate fast given that the FAUC's first weapon is a 10-hit 2 times Beam Gatling Gun. Its other skills include a 46% evasion self-debuff, which makes it really bad at evading, and another stacking beam damage buff that maxes out at 25% but this one activates each time it takes damage instead of dealing it. That said, this is another thing the FAUC misses out on when it's not being attacked.

Overall, the FAUC is somewhat of an all-arounder that deals good amounts of damage while being relatively hard to take down. Because it thrives on being attacked, it's quite past its prime given that the Gyan prevents this from happening as it's not an Armored unit. The Gyan's presence negatively affects the FAUC, and you're much better off with the Gyan on your team rather than the FAUC. It also struggles quite a bit in the current meta as it's a Protagonist and Gundam-Type unit, which makes it weak to 2 of the game's most popular and dominant units: the Zeong and Char's Z'Gok.

Gets HP and Beam Damage Buffs When Transcended

While some units get 3 Transcendent skills at the max Transcendent level, this one gets 5. At max level, this unit starts matches with its EX gauge already halfway filled, bolstering the beam and projectile resistances of all allies early into the match. It also gets tankier thanks to the 48% max HP buff, as well as deals more damage thanks to the stacking beam damage buff, regular beam damage buff, and 25% accuracy buff. If you intend on using the FAUC, go for max Transcendent levels. However, it may be too late for that given that it's past its prime, and you're probably better off spending your hard-earned Rainbow Haro coins on more meta mobile suits.
