The primary place to buy Skip Tickets is the shop, at a cost of 5 Coins for the first 100 tickets, then 10 Coins afterward. If you have enough coins from Upgrade Missions and other sources, you can buy Skip Tickets here and AP as well.

Get Tickets from the Panel Missions

When you first start out in Gundam U.C. Engage, you may be short on Coins. All three sets of Panel Missions give 30 Skip Tickets in Total, which could give you a boost early on in terms of leveling materials.
