^ Had a hell of time looking for the right soul. The correct soul is the one that's right next the portal talk to him and he tells you about the bell. After you talk to him go the cemetery. Most of the guides say it's at the end of the Ginza overpass. BUT for me the easiest way was to use the terminal to get to Ikbukuro(where the mantra was). Exit the area to get to the world map go south. Once you're in the cemetery talk to the soul and then examine the shape on the ground
