Use Napalm Burst Ammo Mod

Modern Warfare 3 - Napalm Burst - Fire
The Napalm Burst Ammo Mod applies Fire Damage to your weapon and gives it a random chance to set enemies on fire upon taking damage. This is the best way to complete challenges that require you to get Fire Damage Kills.

You can randomly obtain these ammo mods by opening Aether Caches inside Aether Nests or by opening Reward Rifts after completing Contracts.

Consuming an Elemental Pop Soda grants you a perk that gives each of your bullets a chance to apply a random Ammo Mod effect. While the chance of applying the specific Ammo Mod you need is low, this perk is still useful for completing daily challenges related to kills with a specific element.
