You only can find the Death Perception Perk Machine at the new The Tomb map above. To access the Death Perception perk in other maps, buy it via the Der Wunderfizz machines.

Death Perception Major and Minor Augments

Augment	Type	Effect
Treasure Hunter	Major Augment	Spot items others can miss from loot containers as well as Special and Elite kills.
Death Stare	Major Augment	Your Elemental Weakness damage has a chance to kill an enemy that is low on health.
Critical Eye	Major Augment	Small chance that a body shot becomes a critical shot.
Bird's Eye View	Minor Augment	The minimap's scan rate is increased.
Extra Change	Minor Augment	Find extra Essence under more locations.
Further Insight	Minor Augment	Increase perception radius.

Augments are used to enhance the effectiveness of Perks, Ammo Mods, and Field Upgrades, powering them up with additional bonus effects that greatly benefit the player and their team.
