When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.

+Spd/-Res

The best IVs for Ingrid are +Spd and -Res. A higher Spd stat allows Ingrid to not only get a ton of follow-up attacks on her foes and block hostile follow-up attacks, but it also allows her to deal more damage, and potentially block counterattacks through Lúin Additionally, her Spd is a superboon so you should take advantage of that as much as possible. Her Res is of less importance and thus safe to be taken as a bane.

+Spd for a +10 Merge

We recommend a +Spd IV when merging Ingrid to 10. This is for the same reasons as above as her main gimmick is to rely on Lúin and her Spd. If you prefer relying on skills and support to increase Ingrid's Spd, you can go for a +Atk IV instead.

Ingrid is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Ingrid Strengths

Massive Atk/Spd boost through base skills

• Lúin grants +6 Spd in combat if Ingrid is within 2 spaces of an ally or if she initiates combat.
• Atk/Spd Solo 4 grants +7 Atk/Spd in combat if Ingrid is not adjacent to allies.
• Rouse Atk/Spd 3 grants +6 Atk/Spd to Ingrid if she is not adjacent to allies at the start of the turn.
• Lull Spd/Def 3 is basically a +3 Atk/Spd boost in most cases

All of this add up to +16 Atk +22 Spd just by meeting very simple trigger conditions that are compatible with each other. This means she will hit very hard and score frequent follow-up attacks. Because Lúin puts Moonbow to a cooldown of 1, Ingrid can activate Moonbow everytime she nails a follow-up attack. Because of this massive Spd boost, she is sure to nail a bunch of follow-up attacks which means a bunch of Moonbow activations too!

You can also substitute Moonbow with an equally low cooldown Special like Ruptured Sky.

Stacking Spd allows her to deal more damage and can disable enemy counterattacks

Ingrid deals an extra 5 damage through Lúin's effects

Lúin allows her to deal damage equal to 20% of her Spd, so stacking Spd is greatly beneficial to Ingrid as not only it protects her from follow-up attacks, grants her more ability to land her own follow-up attacks, it also increases her damage directly! This is pure damage so it cannot be reduced by foe's Def stats.

If she has +5 Spd more than her foe, Lúin also blocks foe's ability to counterattack.

Ingrid Weaknesses

Weak to Cavalry Effective Weapons

Ingrid takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Ridersbane or a Wolf weapon like Gronnwolf+, and one blow from this type of weapon is sure to take him/her down. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!
