Additional Fire Damage with Flame Resonance

Cobalt-B and her Flaming Revolver weapon features the first elemental Flame Resonance. This resonance was added upon her Global Release, and can prove valuable especially for players who main fire weapons, as it increases flame ATK and resistance.

Barrage Skill has Great Range and Damage

Flaming Revolver's Barrage skill excels at wide, forward range shots, similar to that of a shotgun. By positioning yourself with a number of opponents densely in front of you, you can be sure to land hard blows on all of them using this skill.

Deadly Ion Scorch at 3 Star Advancement

Upon reaching Flaming Revolver's 3 Star Advancement, Cobalt-B's skill and dodge attack inflict Ion Scorch that deals extra flame damage for a period of time. This damage increases at 5 Stars. This shows that the benefits of Advancement for Cobalt-B is noticeably large.

Overwhelm Enemies with Flame Attacks and Defense

In this team, Flaming Revolver is the opening weapon with its high charge value that builds weapon charge faster. Alternate between Flaming Revolver and Scythe of the Crow to break enemy and world boss shields with both weapons bragging high shatter values.

Plus, Cobalt-B's Flame Resonance boosts fire weapon attacks immensely. However, Cobalt-B and King alone are heavily on the offensive and can leave you vulnerable. Utilize Venus's healing that also grants additional volt damage.

PvE Advancement Priorities

Cobalt-B 3 Star: Cobalt-B's Flaming Revolver is already great with just 1 Star that boosts damage based on enemy HP. However, 3 Stars grants its skills an Ion Scorch effect that deals additional flame damage.

King 1 Star: Get King to at least 1 Star Advancement to give Scythe of the Crow an additional 15% Shatter and a 15 second DoT that deals 120% burn damage.

Nemesis 3 Star: Get Venus' increased electrode healing abilities at 1 Star. Advancing her to 3 Stars also causes these electrodes to deal volt damage on enemies within an area.

Overwhelm Enemies with Full on Offense and Charge Attacks

Guren Blade will be your main DPS weapon for building charge, while simultaneously switching to Flaming Revolver for building enough charge to unleash Cobalt-B's Explosive Rain and Claudia's Unbridled Fury. Take advantage of both weapon's high charge value.

Use the Confinement relic or Cybernetic Arm to keep enemies within your range of attacks and remove any opening for them to heal. Utilize Zero's shield and healing to raise survivability in-game.

2★	Increase the current weapon's base ATK growth by 16%.
3★	Heavy Bombardment branch skill and Close Quarters dodge attack inflict Ion Scorch on targets that are already burned, dealing flame damage equal to 40% of ATK every second for 10 seconds.
4★	Increase the current weapon's base ATK growth by 32%.
5★	The damage from Ion Scorch increases to 60% of ATK. Successful attacks with any weapon's dodge skill will refresh the duration of Ion Scorch.
6★	Barrage as a 15-second burning effect. Successful attacks with any weapon's dodge skill recudes the cooldown of Barrage by 4 seconds. The cooldown of the effect: 1.5 seconds. The DoT burn from the dodge skill also triggers a cooldown reduction effect.

Cobalt-B Attacks & Moveset

Normal Attacks

Normal Attack On the ground, tap normal attack button to launch 5 attacks in a row. The first attack deals 52.3% of ATK + 3 damage. The second attack deals 75.6% of ATK + 4 damage. The third attack deals 94.5% x ATK + 5 damage. The fourth attack deals 142.8% of ATK + 8 damage. The fifth attack deals 137.8% of ATK + 7 damage.

Charged Shot 【Hold Attack】 Tap and hold normal attack to charge a shot and release to fire rounds, dealing 95.4% of ATK+5 damage, plus an explosion 3 seconds later (or if the target dies), dealing 23.9% of ATK as damage to nearby enemies. Each time the target is dealt damage before the explosion (up to 4 times), AOE is doubled and damage is increased.

Jumping Blast 【Aerial】 While airborne or after jumping once, use an arial attack to trigger Jumping Blast. Toss a bomb that deals damage equal to 90.8% of ATK + 5 to enemies in a circle ahead, knocking them back a certain distance and consume 250 endurance.

Aerial Discharge 【Aerial】 After double-jumping, use a jump attack in the air. Fire an Omnium beam downward. The beam then sweeps forward, dealing damage equal to 33.8% of ATK+2.

Heavy Bombardment 【Aerial & Hold Attack】 Hold attack button during a normal attack to unleash Suppressing Fire in front, and deal enemies 102% of ATK + 5 AOE damage.

Dodge Attacks

Close Quarters Use normal attack right after dodging to trigger Close Quarters. Deal damage equal to 156.1% of ATK + 8 to targets in a frontal cone area.

Dodge Dodge right before getting hit to activate a Phanstasia, which reduces the speed of enemies within the area. Cooldown: 15 seconds. While dodging, you gain hitstun immunity for 0.5 seconds.

Skill

Barrage Constant fire in a forward cone area to deal 666% of ATK + 35 damage. Cooldown: 60 seconds.

Discharge

Explosive Rain When weapon charge is full or Phantasia is triggered, switching to this weapon from another weapon removes all debuffs from the wielder, and unleashes 3 grenades forward, dealing 570% of ATK + 30 AOE damage in all and causing launch.
