Astra: East of Southern Ring Ranges

The location of Robarg can be found east of the Southern Ring Ranges in Astra. It's the most accessible world boss as it is right beside a Spacerift.

Using a Forced Decipher on the World Boss Chest will give the player a smaller amount of EXP, as well as some ore.

Robarg will also drop Vehicle Upgrade Materials that can range from common to legendary. You do not need to open the boss chest to get the Vehicle Upgrade Materials. However, opening the world boss chest will also give you more Vehicle Upgrade Materials.

Use wide range attacks

Wide range attacks are especially useful once Robarg summons her Needlebee spawns. Hitting more enemies at once will make the special attack meter fill up quicker.

Keep distance

There are three instances where players should keep their distance: its Poison AoE, its shockwave attack, and root whip.

Attack using mid-range to long-range weapons during this time.

Dodge sideways

It's better to dodge sideways than forwards or backward as it covers more distance. Attacks like Robarg's Giant Root will still hit you if you dodge forward or backward.

Invite friends

There's almost no way of beating any World Boss alone. Invite friends or other players through the World chat. There should at least be 4-6 players battling Robarg.

Make sure at least one of the players on your team is a healer.

Use heavy weapons to break shields

The most troublesome part about fighting boss enemies is breaking their shield. Use weapons with great shatter abilities like Huma or Meryl to break its shields easily.

Prepare food beforehand

World bosses deal a lot of damage with each attack so players should be prepared with food to heal themselves.

Giant Root Poison AoE Needlebee spawns Shockwaves Root Whips Seed Projectiles

Giant Root

Whenever Robarg shows its main body and raises its hand, it attacks the player with a giant root. Remember to dodge sideways as in most cases, dodging forwards or backward will still damage you.

Poison AoE

Once in a while, Robarg releases a poisonous gas that damages its entire vicinity. Use the Jetpack to keep away from getting poisoned.

Otherwise, run to the edges of the boss area and hit Robarg with ranged attacks.

Needlebee Spawns

Robarg sometimes spawns many, easy-to-kill Needlebees. You can use these bees to farm your Omnium Charge to activate your weapon's special attack. Needlebees follow immediately after Robarg uses its Poison AoE

Shockwaves

Robarg's Shockwaves are short-ranged AoE attacks that can easily be timed. Use this to trigger Phantasia, your weapon's special attack.

Root Whips

Robarg's whips are short-range AoE attacks that it uses sporadically. If you feel like you can't dodge them, go to the back of Robarg as her whip doesn't hit there.

Seed Projectiles

On different occasions, Robarg launches 7 seed projectiles. They're easy to dodge but once you get hit it will stagger you and keep hitting.

What to Do if Robarg is not Spawning?

Wait for an Hour

After a World Boss has been defeated, it will respawn exactly one hour after it has been defeated, so waiting around for it to come back is not recommended.

Go to a Different Channel

Check the World Chat for player updates on which channels world bosses are at. Transfer to that channel to join other players.
