Food and Dishes Effects

Used for Recovery or Get Buffs

Tower of Fantasy - Food Restores HP
The main use of food and dishes is to recover your health or stamina in battle or give yourself different boost depending on the food or dish you eat. Since there are no potion items in the game, food and dishes takes on that role.

Restore Satiety

Tower of Fantasy - Recover Satiety
Another use of food and dishes is to restore satiety, helping you recover more health in a shorter time. You will lose that HP recovery if you're too hungry, thus making it necessary, especially if you're trying to get back to full health immediately.

What is Satiety?

Satiety Affects HP Auto Recovery

Tower of Fantasy - Used to Recover Satiety
Satiety is a feature that affects the characters' self-healing or auto recovery in the game. Higher satiety means your character will recover more HP after being outside of battle for 5 seconds. The satiety level ranges from 0 being the lowest to 100 being the highest.

Change in Auto Recovery

Satiety Lv. HP Auto Recovery Amount
61-100 Recovers 5% HP every 2 seconds
31-60 Recovers 3.5% HP every 2 seconds
1-29 Recovers 2% HP every 2 seconds
0 Auto Recovery won't work

You won't take damage if the satiety meter reaches 0

Remember that you won't take any demerit if your satiety level reaches zero. It would only take your auto recovery feature, but it won't get you damaged. Only satiate your character's hunger if you're going to be in a continuous battle to save some resources if you are ever low on them!

Satiety Decays Over Time

Tower of Fantasy - Satiety Level
Your satiety level will detoriate over time, even if you're not moving. Being on the field for 5 minutes and recovering 10% of HP automatically will consume some of your satiety level.
