Tower of Fantasy servers may experience some downtime on the release of the Global version or during maintenance breaks, with a Connection Error screen appearing for many players. Read on to find out if the servers are down and see all the updates on the servers.

Tower of Fantasy's servers are now up after a planned maintenance from 06:00 to 09:00 (UTC+0). The maintenance addressed the following known bugs:

A new server has been added to each of the regions for Tower of Fantasy! Players can access them upon the release of Version 2.0 starting on October 20, 2022.

The Global Release Date was scheduled for 5 PM PDT/8 PM EDT on August 10, 2022, but some players were still experiencing connectivity errors, with a Connection Error notification occassionally appearing as the Servers are full and many players are being forced to queue.

An Emergency Bugfix Notice pops up upon launching Tower of Fantasy Global at the moment, confirming that Tower of Fantasy is under maintenance to fix Disconnection issues.

Tower of Fantasy started an update upon Global Release, and regularly has smaller updates available. Check the Game Launcher for the PC, and the App Stores on Android and iOS for updates. Not installing these updates may lead to the inability to launch the game or cause other errors.
Some players still seem to experience connectivity errors after updating Tower of Fantasy, but double checking for updates can help avoid further issues.
For in-game updates, continually check the News tab in the Start Menu of the game, which is the button with an exclamation point on the top right corner.
There will also be recent news regarding server issues on Tower of Fantasy's Official Twitter Account. Frequently check it for updates and see if the problems lie in the server or the game itself. If it's not on those two, it's probably on your end, either with your internet connection or your gaming device.
If the servers are online and you still cannot access Tower of Fantasy, check your device and see if it is connected to the Internet. The game may display a connection error if you have a slow or unstable Internet connection.
If all other options have been completed and you still cannot access Tower of Fantasy, we recommend you close the game application and then launch the game again. This has proved effective for some players, while it may require you to repeat this method multiple times until you can get in.
