How to Play Raids

No Revives

Teams fighting in a Raid Boss have to be a lot more careful compared to dealing against Special Enemies and World Bosses. In a Raid, there are no revives available. If you are dead, you stay dead until either your team defeats the Raid Boss, or they themselves are killed as well.

Raid Bosses are significantly stronger compared to regular bosses, so make sure to come with every bit of equipment maxed out. A good rule of thumb is to have around 40,000 to 50,000 CS across every team member before deciding to participate in a Raid.

Play with 8 Players

Taking on a Raid Boss is no easy task, so make sure have a proper team before beginning the fight. Compared to Bygone Phantasms having a team of 4, there can be up to 8 players in a team to fight the Raid Boss.

Tip: Join the Team of a Recruiter

A quick way to join a team that's fighting Raid Bosses is to click on the icon of someone in the chat who is recruiting players with a Raid Boss name and channel number. If the middle option says Join Team, request to join.

If you are accepted, use the Summon option to warp to the channel and location of that player! This is great in itself, but also will put you on a Team which will hopefully continue to farm Raid Bosses after the current fight is over.

How to Create and Join a Team

Once A Week Only

Raid Bosses can only be cleared once a week and refreshes every Monday, compared to World Bosses where the time limit for swapping channels and the number of Type III Chips a player has are their only worries.
