2 | Select Team Objectives (Optional) |
Click on the + sign next to your character to add players to your team. You can invite the Friends or other players in your server.
If you're playing with friends, make sure everyone is on the same server and channel. You won't be able to play the game together if they're not in the same server and channel as you.
If you want to make your team public, you'll need to choose a Team Objective. You can pick between one of the listed objectives and set a level range for participating players.
Free Target | Undefined goal |
---|---|
World Exploration | Explore the world with your team |
Roaming Boss | Defeat a specific World Boss |
Joint Operation | Participate in a set Joint Operation Mission |

1 | Request to join a team |
---|---|
2 | Game starts when team creator clicks Go |
You can browse through objectives on the buttons on the left side. When you find a team that interests you, click on the Request to ask to join their team. You'll head over to your team's lobby after they recruit you.
When searching for a team for Vitality Missions such as Joint Operations, the easiest way is generally to select the mission type from the options on the left, then hit the Match button at the bottom to automatically get matched with a team.
Once you've loaded in your team's lobby, the game will start when the team's creator starts it on their end.
Any member of a team can warp to the location of the team leader at any time. This allows players to quickly link up and fight a World Boss, explore the world, or progress through the story together.
The leader can even move to another Channel in search of a World Boss, then use the Summon feature to bring the other members over without the usual 30-minute cap on switching Channels. Either the leader or the individual members can press the Summon button to initiate the process.
There are two ways to exit multiplayer: you can exit on the top right of the screen or on the bottom left of the lobby.
These powerful bosses appearing in the overworld are almost impossible to defeat alone, but as are found in the overworld instead of a dungeon, there's no limit on how many players can fight them.
The best way to find players to fight World Bosses with is to watch the in-game chat for players calling out a channel number together with the World Boss name. From there, either head over yourself or have the leader of your Multiplayer group jump to the channel and use the Summon feature to join them.
Daily Missions which cost Vitality should be completed in a 4-player team for efficiency. You can join these with Friends or Crew members, but it's usually just as easy to simply hit the Match button in the Lobby, and you'll quickly hop into a random team to complete the Mission.
Quests | Rewards |

Joint Operation | Gear, Matrices |
Dimensional Trials | Weapon and Matrix Upgrade Materials |
Interstellar Exploration | Weapon Upgrade Materials |
