You will encounter most of the danagerous enemies as you progress deeper in the game. Most of the Game Modes will also become available and they contain enemies that are hard to beat. You will need to cook these recipes to help you survive and defeat them with ease.

The end-game starts midway through Chapter 6 of the main quest, unlocking the Warren region and all of the ingredients available in Aesperia. You will need to grind the ingredients of those recipes in the Warren region to prepare before fighting the elites and the rest of the bosses.
Aside from that, more dangerous enemies will appear on the higher levels of Joint Operations, Void Rifts, and Frontier Clash. You will need them, especially the HP Recovery and Defense Recipes, as most of them can one-shot you!
