What to Use Vitality On?

Vitality is a renewable resource in Tower of Fantasy that can be spent to play certain game modes each day. Read on to find out how you can get Vitality and which game modes you should spend it on with our guide!

How to Get Vitality

Vitality Recharges Over Time

Vitality natural recovers over time. Vitality recharge rate is at 1 point every 8 minutes. Consume Vitality daily before logging off by doing activities to maximize its use in the game. Just make sure to play the game again before it reaches the 180 Vitality Cap!

Recover using Vitality Solution

You can replenish your Vitality with the Vitality Solution, which you can get from the Shop with Dark Crystals. One Vitality Solution will restore 60 Vitality instantly. You can buy it up to four times daily, but it gets expensive as you buy more.

However, we still recommend converting Dark Crystal into Red Nucleus so you can get the limited characters and weapons instead of spending it on Vitality Solutions. You can start purchasing Vitality Solutions if you're already on your way to creating your final build.

How to Use Vitality

Go to the Select Tab under the Adventure Menu

No.	Steps
1	Open the Adventure Menu by clicking the Swords Icon on the upper right corner of the screen.
2	Press the Select Tab to see all the game modes that uses Vitality.
3	Select any game mode you prefer and start the match. Vitality will automatically be consumed after clearing them, except for Joint Operation.

What to Use Vitality On?

Joint Operation

You will get matrices and armor through Joint Operations. Going opening chests in Joint Operations also give out tons of EXP. Use this to level up quickly.

Prioritize at Level 45 or higher

You should prioritize participating in Joint Operations if you are Lv. 45 or higher, as rarer equipment and even SSR Matrices are scaled according to level.

Complete Joint Operations starting at Level 45 to get the best equipment being offered.

Dimensional Trials

How to Unlock	Dimensional Trials - Level 23
Rewards

Dimensional Trials offers matrices, weapons EXP packs, and weapon upgrade materials as rewards. Dimensional Trials will test your gaming skills through sets of training menus.

You will only encounter weak mobs and a few elite enemies. Since there are no bosses inside, Dimensional Trials are one of the easiest dungeons to challenge.

Prioritize at around Level 30

Start doing Dimensional Trials at around Level 30 to stock up on upgrade materials later on. This is one of the easiest methods of getting Acidproof Glaze or Nanocoating used to upgrade weapons

Omnium Beacon

Vitality Cost	30 Vitality for each run.
How to Unlock	Omnium Beacon - Level 28
Rewards

Omnium Beacon rewards players with matrices, weapons EXP packs, and weapon upgrade materials. Omnium Beacon plays like a minigame where you have to hide a beacon for a set amount of time to get rewards.

Players have to hide the beacon to make it impossible for other players to find it.

Deploying an Omnium Beacon is a great passive way to get upgrade materials. As soon as you unlock Omnium Beacons, use them immediately to get passive weapon upgrades daily.

Interstellar Exploration

Vitality Cost	30 Vitality for each run.
How to Unlock	Reach level 21
Rewards

Get material upgrade materials and EXP packs for your weapon through Interstellar Exploration. You can participate in this activity by entering the Star Gates around the map. There will be 6 Star Gates that spawn each day with different rarities. The higher its rarity, the more rewards you can get after clearing it.

You will get even more rewards if you manage to summon a hidden boss and defeat it after three waves of enemies!

Prioritize at Level 21

Interstellar Exploration is a daily activity you can do to stock up on weapon upgrade materials. Do this activity at Level 21, as soon as you unlock it.

Spacetime Domain

Vitality Cost	30 Vitality for each run.
How to Unlock	Reach level 29
Rewards

Spacetime Domain is where you can get tons of gold in just a single run. Spacetime Domain only allows a single player to take on the challenge. It means you won't be able to ask your friends or crewmates to help you with clearing it.

Prioritize at Level 46

Spacetime Domain can be done once you've reached Level 46. The reason why players can put this on hold is that it's much easier to farm gold coins during the earlier levels of the game.

Once you reach the upper levels, upgrading costs can be expensive so using Spacetime Domain as a farming method is necessary.
