Molten Shield V2 is Huma's weapon and can switch from Shield mode to Axe mode, with both modes being decent at reducing damage taken and enhancing damage being dealt. This makes Huma a great tank character.

Each advancement greatly increases the strength of both the shield and axe form of Huma's Molten Shield V2, even from the first advacement. This makes her an ideal character that is great to use in battle from the very start until the weapon has been fully advanced to 6 stars.

Rosy Edge and Scythe of the Crow are the perfect opening weapons to shatter PvE enemy shields and gather enough weapon charge to swap to Huma's Molten Shield V2. This attack then releases her Seething Rage Discharge and places a taunt on enemies while boosting damage reduction.
Fully charge Rosy Edge to freeze enemies, then attack them with Huma's Seething Rage or take advantage of King's Flaming Scythe discharge attack that has a large AoE.
Huma 1 Star:At just 1 Star you are granted a Strong Shield skill that stacks 10% damage reduction and increases damage by 15%.
King 3 Star: Get King's added Shatter Value and increased burn effects at 1 Star Advancement first. His 3 Star Advancement also grants you extra damage for each enemy that is within 6 meters from you.
Meryl 3 Star: Get Rosy Edge to 3 Stars for her Ice Shell skill, since all of her earlier Advancements help with the weapon's shieldbreaking abilities and Huma and King already make up for that.

Though Huma has a high damage rate and impressive damage reduction, Venus and Negating Cube's healing abilities will also grant you greater advantage against other players in PvP as it makes its harder for enemies to deplete your HP and can wear them out instead. Plus, Zero's Omnium Shield adds to Huma's damage reduction, adding to the powerful tank build.
Use Venus as the opening weapon to attack enemies from a safe distance and gather enough charge for Huma's Molten Shield V2 to release its Seething Rage discharge attack. Do this all while Venus and Negating Cube activate passive healing.

Pepper | Pepper's Staff of Scars is a good alternative to Nemesis' Venus. The staff provides raw healing Skill and Discharge, much like Venus. It also deals Volt damage and can apply the electrify debuff and help build weapon charge for Huma to release her Seething Rage attack. |

Dodge Dodge right before getting hit to activate a Phantasia, which reduces the speed of enemies within the area. Cooldown: 15 tained seconds. While dodging, you gain hitstun immunity for 0.5 seconds. |
Fission Shield Conversion: Switch from shield form to axe form and smash the ground, dealing damage equal to 373.8% of ATK + 20 and strongly suspends the target. Leave a large flame zone for 5 seconds that burns the target, dealing continuous damage equal to 233.6% of ATK + 12. Axe Conversion: Switch from axe form to shield form and slam it to the ground, dealing damage equal to 309.5% of ATK + 16 to the target and knocking them back. Prevent the target from switching weapons for 5 seconds. Cooldown: 25 seconds. Shield Conversion, and Axe Conversion share a cooldown. |
Seething Rage When weapon charge is full or when Phantasia is triggered, remove all debuffs from the wielder and unleash a flame shockwave upon switching to this weapon, dealing damage equal to 352% of ATK + 19. Taunt enemies for 5 seconds, during which gain 15% damage reduction. Scatter shield-shaped objects based on the number of targets taunted. Objects last 20 seconds and provide 10 seconds of 5% damage reduction (stackable), restoring dodge by 1. |
