Fixed Lost Inventory Issue Due to Hacking

This patch fixed the issue where some items are stolen or lost in player inventories due to hacking.

In this update, it is said that other parts of the game that are prone to problems were re-checked and repaired as well.

Maintenance Duration

The maintenance period was expected to last for 2 hours. Below are all the timezones for the game's maintenance.

・October 13th 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM UTC
・October 13th 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM UTC BST
・October 13th 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM UTC JST
・October 13th 1:00 AM - 3:00 AM UTC EST

Maintenance Compensation

General Compensation

Compensation will be given to all players who have registered and reached Lv. 6 before the October 13th maintenance is completed.

This will be given via in-game mail within 2 hours after the end of the maintenance period.

Additional Compensation

Players directly affected by this issue and had items stolen from their inventories will be looked into. Developers will make the corresponding reissues and additional compensation for the lost items. Due to the high complexity of the problem, it might take at least 7 working days to complete.

Those who can confirm they are affected by this problem must contact the in-game customer service to report and verify lose items. Players responsible for stealing and hacking other's inventories will be punished.
