Login Status Exception

Some users may receive the message "Login Status Exception, exiting the game!" when trying to log in to Tower of Fantasy. This issue can sometimes mean that the servers are down or that your server is currently full.

You should first try signing out and signing back into the game. However, if that doesn't work, try closing all Tower of Fantasy related processes through the Task Manager on PC then open the game again. If the error persists, try completely restarting your PC or phone.

How to Fix Login Status Exception

Not Enough Backpack Slots Error

The "Not Enough Backpack Slots" error shows up if you are not logged into the game using an iOS device and try claiming the reward. Please note that you cannot claim the compensation reward from the iOS price adjustment if you are not an iOS user.

Wanderer Creation Limit Reached Error

“Wanderer creation limit reached” is an error message at the very start of your playthrough. After choosing a gender for your avatar, the image above will pop up. You'll then be redirected to the title screen.

This error seems only occurs to players starting a new game in busy servers.

Error 2618

Error 2618 is an error that comes up when servers are too busy to accomodate more players. Players either get a message with the 2618 code or the phrase “Already logged into the game with this account.”

Servers are Down Due to Heavy Access

The most common issue players have experienced so far is finding some of the servers down due to a heavy concentration of players joining all at once right after the Global Release of Tower of Fantasy.

Application Crashes

There have been instances where players were not able to access the Start Menu at all after launching the game. A Log in Error Notification pops up after the game loads just before the Start Menu is shown, and then results to the Game Application crashing.

Incompatible Android and iOS Devices

If you have encountered an error in downloading the Game in your Android or iOS devices, it is possible that your phone does not meet the required OS for Tower of Fantasy.

Network and Connection Errors

Some players have experienced entering but then getting disconnected and kicked out from servers since the Global Release of Tower of Fantasy. An Emergency Bugfix Notice was announced in-game that this bug is currently being fixed.

Compensation Rewards will be sent to your in-game Mailbox to make up for the inconvenience. Full details on the Maintenance Update and how to redeem the Compensation Rewards are on their Official Twitter Page.

Empty Lava Pit Bug

Player have encountered the Lava Pit Puzzle without any lava inside. This is actually not a bug but instead linked to how long a character has been logged in.

Players will be able to access this puzzle as long as they keep playing. Check on them from time to time, if the lava appears!

Most of the time, Errors and Bugs are caused by development issues and not by anything on your end. Stay updated on official game announcements and know whether or not you can avoid these issues that may also provide official advice on what you can do about the issue.

Maintenance

The icon displayed together with each server will indicate how popular it is. Although it can be exciting to join a server with a large population, joining a Hot server can run the risk of overcrowding and disconnection.

For best results, start your game in a Smooth server to ensure that you and all of your friends can enter the game with no problems.

If you cannot enter even a Smooth Server, we recommend you keep trying other Servers until you find one that works.

Make Sure Internet Connection is Stable

There is a possiblity that Errors and Issues in the game may be caused by Internet Connection issues on your end. Make sure to check if you have stable Internet Connection.

Check if your mobile data is on for those who do not have wifi. Also check to make sure the Airplane Mode is turned off on your devices as Internet is needed to access the game.

Restart the Application

If all other options have been completed and you still cannot access Tower of Fantasy, we recommend you restart application. This has proved effective for some players, while it may require you to repeat this method multiple times until you can get in.

Restart Your Device

If restarting the app does not fix the errors, try restarting your PC or mobile. Restarting your device may be all your application needs to reset active bugs or errors and improve its performance.

Free Up Storage Space

Make sure to check whether or not you have enough storage space on you device for Tower of Fantasy. We recommend freeing up storage space more than what is required for best results.

Not having enough storage space will lead to a notification that says you have Insufficient Storage Space and the app will close immediately after.

Update Your OS

If your mobile OS is not compatible for Tower of Fantasy, update your OS to be able to download and enjoy the game! We also recommend updating to the latest OS even though your current OS meets the minimum System Requirements to avoid any other possible errors.
