1 Talk to Slayer at Cetus island and accept the quest.

Tower of Fantasy - Fireworks Prep Merry-go-round and Rollercoaster
Ride the merry-go-round and roller coaster. Talk to Slayer again.

Tower of Fantasy - Fireworks Prep Talk to Kim at Crown Mines
Talk to Kim at the Crown Mines.

Tower of Fantasy - Fireworks Prep Stronghold Location
Defeat Seven Samurai: Onimaru at the Hyena stronghold.
5 Talk to Kim and give him the 4 Crystals and 2 Firecores.
6 Talk to Slayer at Cetus Island.

Talk to Felton at Banges Port.

Find the Hyena's secret file at the stronghold.
9 Go back to Banges Port and speak with Felton. Enter the password "1234".
10 Go to Cetus Island and talk to Slayer.

Repair the 3 pyrotechnic devices at the central tent.
12 Tower of Fantasy - Fireworks Prep Wait until 22-00 and talk to Slayer to complete the quest Wait until 22:00 and talk to Slayer to complete the quest.

Fireworks Prep Tips and Strategies

Talk to Felton and Input 1234 as the Password

Once you have found the Hyena's secret file, talk to Felton at Banges Port. Enter the password, "1234" to proceed to the next step.

Hit the Wrench Icon Once the Needle Lands on the Red Meter

Tower of Fantasy - Hit the Wrench Icon Once the Needle Lands on the Red Meter
A minigame appears whenever you try to repair the pyrotechnic devices. You need to click the wrench icon once the needle lands of the red meter.

Note that there is no penalty for clicking outside the red meter, so feel free to click anywhere to finish the minigame.

Talk to Slayer to Repeat the Quest

Tower of Fantasy - Talk to Slayer to Repeat the Quest
After completing the last subquest, you can talk to Slayer to repeat the quest and see the fireworks again. Note that you will not receive any EXP if you complete the quest for the second time.
