Ruin B-01 Walkthrough and Treasure Chest Locations

Ruin B-01 Secret Chest Locations

All Ruin B-01 Chest Locations

Secret Chest 1 (Easy)	Continue ahead from the start, and through the small doorway straight ahead, step on the switch to open the door to the chest. Then, pull the lever to reopen the exit.
Secret Chest 2 (Easy)	In the room with 9 switches, change the switches' color to match the pattern shown in the image. Go up the stairs and through the door on the right to find the chest. (There is a pattern on the wall visible through the door showing the solution)
Secret Chest 3 (Normal & Hard)	In the room with 9 switches, head to the left side and enter the small room to find the treasure chest.
Secret Chest 4 (Normal & Hard)	Enter the boss room and head to the right side.
Secret Chest 5 (Hard)	At the entrance of the pressure plate puzzle, head to the left corner in the small room to find this treasure chest.
Secret Chest 6 (Hard)	Use the Omnium Cannon to climb the ceiling in above the door leading to the boss area.

Ruin B-01 Walkthrough

1	Defeat the enemies and step on the switch on the floor.
2	Open the treasure chest (1) and activate the lever to exit the room.
3	Cross the rotating pillar and defeat the enemies.
4	(Normal and Hard mode only) Open the treasure chest (3) in the small room on the left side of the pressue plate puzzle area. (Hard mode only) At the entrance of the pressure plate puzzle area, head to the left corner and enter the small room to find the treasure chest (5).
5	Change the switches' color to match the pattern shown in the above image. This activates the door leading to the treasure chest (2). Open the chest and activate the lever to reset the floor swtiches.
6	Change the switches to match the color on the wall to activate the door leading the boss room.
7	(Hard mode only) Open the treasure chest (6) in the small room in front of the boss room.
8	Enter the boss arena and defeat the boss.
9	(Normal and Hard mode only) Look for the treasure chest (4) on the left side as you make your way to the exit.

Ruin B-01 Puzzle Solutions

Change the Switches to Match the Colors on the Wall

Ruin B-01 features red switches which turn blue when stepped on. Match the patterns on the walls to open doors and continue through the dungeon.

Consider Switching to Manual Sprint

When Manual Sprint is turned OFF, your character will start running suddenly and can accidentally step on switches, forcing you to reset the puzzle. If you're having trouble, switch to the Manual Sprint setting to move around more carefully.

Use the Lever to Reset

Pulling the lever in the room with a switch puzzle will change all the switches back to red, so simply reset the puzzle when you make a mistake.

Stay on the Move

Vulcan has a long range, and attacks repeatedly with lasers and fireballs. Most of its attacks will fire in a straight line, so attack by dodging to the side to reduce the number of hits you take.

Run Outside the Arena to Avoid Its Special Attack

If Vulcan's maximum meter is full, it wil unleash its special attack that covers most of the arena. Run away towards the entrance of the boss arena to avoid this attack and use a long range weapon to attack the boss.
