Make Sure Internet Connection is Stable
Errors and Issues in the game may be caused by Internet Connection issues on your end. Make sure to check if you have stable Internet Connection before anything else.
Check if your mobile data is on for those who do not have wifi. Also check to make sure the Airplane Mode is turned off on your devices as Internet is needed to access the game.
Fully Close and Restart the Game
Upon ensuring your internet connection is stable, we recommend players restart the game. Close the game and launch it again. Though you may need to repeat this method multiple times until you can get in the game, it has proven effective to some players.
For added measure, close all Tower of Fantasy related process in Task Manager on your PC or Force Stop the application on your phone before restarting.
Reboot Your Device
If restarting the app does not fix the errors, try restarting your PC or mobile completely. Restarting your device may be all your application needs to reset active bugs or errors and improve its performance.
This has proven to be the most effective way to fix the Login Status Exception error.

Error that Closes the Game Upon Login
Some users may receive the message "Login Status Exception, exiting the game!" when trying to log in to Tower of Fantasy. This issue can sometimes mean that the servers are down or that your server is currently full.
Some players also experience getting kicked out of a server in the middle of the game due to internet connection issues, and upon logging back in, sees this error and cannot go back into the game again.
