Redemption Limit Exceeded and Code Errors

Tower of Fantasy - Redemption Limit
Some codes have a specific redemption limit on the number of players who can receive it. The game will notify you if a code has already reached its limit. Sometimes, this can occur even for active codes, and trying the same code multiple times will eventually allow it to be redeemed, so make sure to try it a few times to check if it's actually invalid or if a temporary error has occurred.

How to Redeem Codes

Through the Rewards Exchange

Go to the Rewards Tab

Tower of Fantasy - Redeem Codes
Click on the Exchange tab and type the code

You have to go and click the Gift Box icon first to redeem the codes. Click on the Rewards tab below the screen next and select Exchange.

After confirming the code, if you don't receive your rewards right away, wait for at least 5 minutes and they should appear in your Mailbox.

You Can Only Redeem 3 Codes a Day

Take note that you can only redeem 3 codes in a day. Wait patiently for the server to reset to input more redeem codes and get their rewards.
