How to Get to the Frostfire Dragon

Located Atop the Platforms of Eyrie

The Frostfire Dragon is located atop the platforms of Eyrie but is so high up that it's inaccessible through normal means of climbing. There are, however, multiple ways of getting to the Frostfire Dragon's boss area.

Teleport to a Team Member

The easiest way to get to the Frostfire Dragon's area is to join a different team. Check the chat for any recruiters and join them. You will then get teleported to the boss' area.

Go Through a Portal South of Rusty Iron Camp

The most widely-used way to get to the Frostfire Dragon's Plateau is to go through a portal located South of the Spacerift in Rusty Iron Camp.

Climb up a series of cliffs and jump off at the highest point to slowly glide to the portal. The portal is a small red tear that's suspended in the air. Touching it will immediately take you to the boss' area.

Use the Eyrie Spacerift

Once players are teleported to the Frostfire Dragon's area they will immediately encounter a spacerift. Activate it immediately before the boss engages you in battle. Players can also activate the spacerift after the boss has been defeated.

Using a Forced Decipher on the World Boss Chest will give the player a smaller amount of EXP, as well as some ore.

Frostfire Dragon will also drop Vehicle Upgrade Materials that can range from common to legendary. You do not need to open the boss chest to get the Vehicle Upgrade Materials. However, opening the world boss chest will also give you more Vehicle Upgrade Materials.

Use long-range weapons Down the frostfire dragon

Use long-range weapons

Most of the time, the Interdimensional Frostfire Dragon flies above. It'll be hard to attack the boss through physical close-range attacks. Players should focus on hitting the boss with sustained fire from long-range weapons like Samir's guns or Tsubasa's bow.

Down the Frostfire Dragon

The only time players will be able to hit the Frostfire Dragon with close-range attacks is when it gets downed. Save your weapon's special attack until then.

There's almost no way of beating any World Boss alone. Invite friends or other players through the World chat. There should at least be 4-6 players battling Frostfire Dragon.

Make sure at least one of the players on your team is a healer.

The most troublesome part about fighting boss enemies is breaking their shield. Use weapons with great shatter abilities like Huma or Meryl to break its shields easily.

Prepare food beforehand

World bosses deal a lot of damage with each attack so players should be prepared with food to heal themselves.

Homing Missles

This attack is the Frostfire Dragon's go-to move. It fires one missile after another that follows players for a bit. Getting hit once will stagger you and let all the other incoming missiles hit. Just keep running around to dodge them.

MIssile AoE

The Frostfire Dragon's only other attack is its missile AoE. It covers a wide range so players have to immediately dash outside of its area of effect. Getting hit will stagger you for a while.

What to do if Frostfire Dragon is Not Spawning?

Wait for an Hour

After a World Boss has been defeated, it will respawn exactly one hour after it has been defeated, so waiting around for it to come back is not recommended.

Go to a Different Channel

Check the World Chat for player updates on which channels world bosses are at. Transfer to that channel to join other players.
