Reach Grand Marshal in PvP

Tower of Fantasy - Apex League Leaderboard
The only way for players to get the Dust Wheeler is to reach the Grand Marshal Rank in Apex League. It will be difficult, however, as you will encounter more skilled players on the top rankings. Prepare your best weapons and relics in Apex League to dominate the rankings and reach Grand Marshal Rank!

Players with the Grand Marshal Rank will receive the Dust Wheeler at the end of the season.

its permanent, and if you get it or the accessories again next season you get a couple hundred dark crystal instead the titles you get for being top 10 in pvp in your server are the only temporary rewards
