Yeah this guide is missing those 2. How do you get the shatter matrix?

I believe this is incomplete. I believe you're missing the shatter and damage reducing ones. I don't know their set name exactly, but they might be called: Offensive Logic - Shatter increased by 18% Cleanup Agreement - Damage taken reduced by 6%
