Vitality-Consuming Game Modes

Vitality replenishes at a rate of 1 per every 8 minutes, and will max out at 180, for a total of full recovery from 0 to 180 in 24 hours. In order to avoid letting Vitality go to waste, you should aim to exhaust 180 Vitality every day.

You'll receive this bonus simply for logging in, so regardless of what other dailies you plan to do, be sure to log in at a bare minimum to collect this every day.

Daily Bounties

Tower of Fantasy - Daily Bounty
Each day, you will receive 4 mini-quests that involve going to a specific location and defeating monsters, collecting materials, etc. These are very easy to complete, and they will provide you with upgrade materials and items used for the gacha, so you'll want to complete them every day if possible.

New Daily Bounty

In the 2.0 Update and Vera Expansion, you can now select which location you want to do your Daily Bounties in. However, you can only select one region per day.

Ability Training

Tower of Fantasy - Training
Going to specific locations in the world will allow you to complete minigames known as Ability Training, which will reward you with points which can be exchanged for items.

Crew Donations

When you belong to a Crew, you will be able to donate items to the Crew starting at 5 AM every day. The items which you must donate are very easy to obtain, and doing so will allow you to obtain Crew Points.

Talk with Hopkins in the Black Market

Tower of Fantasy - Hopkins Mystery Box
A certain NPC known as Hopkins will give you a gift item once per day. You can find Hopkins in the Black Market, near the north border of Banges. These items can be used to awaken your weapons, so be sure to go every day.

Buy Vitality Solution

Tower of Fantasy - Vitality Solution

You can buy Vitality Solution for 50 Dark Crystal to replenish your vitality and do more activities that require energy in the game. You might need to consider refilling it if you're trying to cover all the activities for the day or week.

These get more expensive with each purchase, so it's recommended that free to play players only purchase when necessary.

A Claw Machine is available at the Cetus Island, where you can try to get a Smarty Doll three times a day. You can use that item to give it to the characters you own to increase their affinity.

Get Vehicle Upgrade Materials from Hykros

Tower of Fantasy - Hykros
You'll want to start upgrading your Vehicle once you reach level 32, so add gathering free Vehicle upgrade materials to your to-do list! These can be found by interacting with certain objects in Hykros, Astra, Banges, and The Black Market.

Mia's Kitchen

Mia
You get a maximum of 3 Tastings, refreshing 1 Tasting at 05:00, 12:00, and 18:00 daily. Make sure to use up your Tastings!

Eating food from Mia's Kitchen will max out your Satiety, as well as give you EXP, various upgrade materials, gold, and even bonus status effects!

Claim Daily Supply Box

Claim Daily Supply Box

Players are granted one free Daily Supply Box everyday. Claiming this Supply Box gives you a random item that ranges from valuable currencies to weapon upgrade materials.

Claim the free Supply Box by going to the Shop, then selecting the Daily Supply Box tab, and finally clicking on the tiny gift icon located beneath Mi-a.

Play Mirroria Funzones

Mirroria Funzones are minigames found all over Mirroria that reward Mira based on the points you accumulated. You can only attempt to play a minigame once per day, so if you're looking for other ways to farm Mira, don't forget to play these minigames!

Bygone Phantasm

Tower of Fantasy - Bygone Phantasm

The game's tower mode has the player complete successive floors of enemies increasing in power, with higher rewards for players who complete high numbers of floors.

Bygone Phantasm's results reset each week at 5:10 AM on Monday, at which time players will receive rewards for their level of completion, so aim for a high score each week before this time.

Weekly Activity Quests

Tower of Fantasy - Weekly Activity Points
These quests have the player complete specific achievement-like tasks to claim rewards. As these are closer to achievements than quests, they can generally be achieved simply by playing the game normally with the list of Weekly Quests in mind, and will yield rare items by completing them.

Claire's Dream Machine

Tower of Fantasy - Claire

Claire's Dream Machine is an optional challenge that you can play seven times a week. You can spawn a dream machine whenever you open a supply pod, rusted iron chests, or defeat named enemies.

This game mode offers random reward upon completion such as Black and Gold Nuclei, pieces of equipment, matrices, gear enhancement materials, and relic shards.

Crew Missions

When you are in a Crew, you'll be able to join Crew Missions which reset at 5:00 AM on Monday each week. Completing these will contribute to powering up your Crew.

The weekly contents, Frontier Clash and Void Rift, can be cleared 3 times per week. You can only have 3 tries each week, so be sure to consume all of them before the server resets!

I agree. Gaining stars on limited is much better for dark crystals.

I would not spend dark crystals on Vitality potions Spend it on Red Nucleus instead
