Upon her release on October 06, 2022, Cobalt-B became an addition to the SSR Flame and DPS users you can choose from. Cobalt-B also has a unique Flame Resonance.

Pulling her from the banner gives you another option of a Flame DPS plus an elemental resonance when building your team composition.

You are guaranteed to get at least one SSR weapon when your Special Order count reaches 80. And for every 10 Special Orders, you will get a guaranteed SR weapon at least once.

In addition, this limited banner increases the featured character by 50% and does not affect the base probability. This means that if you pull a SSR, there is a 50% chance that you may obtain Cobalt-B.
