Apex League is the Only PvP Content Currently

Tower of Fantasy - Apex League General Information
The only PvP game mode you can participate in as of the moment is the Apex League. You will be matched to other players with the similar overall stats to ensure the fairness of the game. Apex League will be unlocked once your character reaches level 30!
