You can find this scenic point on the northerwest part of Silent Oasis on one of the rocky outcroppings overlooking the oasis.

This scenic point is located underground the large sandpit east of the Quicksand Belt Center Space Rift.
You'll need to jump in the center of the swirling quicksand to access Deeprun Cave, and you'll find the scenic point on one of the rocky outcroppings near the very top of the cave.

This scenic point is located underground the large sandpit south of the Quicksand Belt Center Space Rift.
You'll need to jump in the center of the swirling quicksand to access Rockstack Cave, and you'll find the scenic point on one of the rocky outcroppings close tot he top of the cave next to a large ice crystal.
