Starpath Navigation Guide: How to Get a Free SSR

Tower of Fantasy gives a free SSR character for starting players through the Starpath Navigation tasks. Read on to find out how to get the free SSR character in detail, as well as the list of missions you need to complete to get it!

As you begin your journey in Tower of Fantasy, there will be tons of rewards, including a free SSR character after completing specific tasks in the game. You can get the free SSR on the SSR Selector Box from the Starpath Navigation event tab. You will need to get at least 700 Points to get the SSR Selector Box and get the free SSR, while a total of 1400 Points are needed to claim every reward from the event.

The Starpath Navigation event is only available for 21 days after creating your account.

Minimum 5 Days Needed to Complete

Although there are enough points available to reach 700 in the available set of missions, many of them are locked behind content gates, so getting the SSR is unachievable in the first 4 days of play. Aim to complete as many missions as possible within the first 4 days to unlock the SSR on the morning of the 5th day.

Mission List Refreshes Monday at 5:00 AM

On the first week of the game's release, the list of Missions was reset on Monday at 5:00 AM, allowing players to complete all the Missions they already finished again to easily gather points.

Login Not Working Bug

Some players are experiencing a bug where their current day of login is registered in the event, even though already they have claimed the Daily Login reward. Sometimes the login will be registered later in the day, so continue to work on other Starpath Navigation missions while waiting.

Always Complete Your Dailies

The majority of the Missions are designed to be completed simply by playing through the game normally on a daily bases. By completing all your Dailies, in particular those on the Weekly and Select tab of the Adventure screen, you'll naturally spend Vitality and obtain Weekly Activity Points, which make up the majority of the required points.

Open Password Chests

Open at least 40 – use Chips every time to open Make sure you've collected 4 Acid Proof Glaze I Make sure you've collected 4 Nano Coating I

Password Chests are everywhere around the world, and the supply of Chips for opening them is nigh-endless, so don't skip these when you see them as missions related to Password Chests yield a large chunk of points, and going out to hunt for them later will be a pain. They also yield Acid Proof Glaze I and Nano Coating I, which are used to upgrade weapons and are used in Starpath Navigation missions.

Gather Materials

Although the points from Gathering are fewer than other categories, be sure to always gather any materials on the ground while you progress. You'll need to do this 50 times total, and you won't want to go scrounging around for things to pick up later.
