Interstellar Exploration is an optional dungeon where you can get Weapon Enhancement Materials in Tower of Fantasy. Read on to find out if you should play Interstellar Exploration every day, and learn how you can clear it quickly!

Interstellar Exploration should not be a top priority when spending Vitality, as it is easy to get the rewards in the quests and other dungeons. Those dungeons also offers more rewards compared to Interstellar Exploration. Only do Interstellar Exploration if you're in immediate need of Weapon Enhancement Materials.
Doing it a few times will get you some weekly activity points that will get you weekly rewards and Battle Pass levels.
Advancement Guide: How to Level Up Weapons
Prioritize spending your Vitality on Joint Operation when you reach the mid to endgame contents, so you can keep up with the current content and progress without a probelm. You can get the best Armor and Matrices on mid to end game through Joint Operation.
It will be hard to farm those items with the daily Vitality you can get in the game, so try not to spend most of your Vitality on other contents when you reach midgame.
Joint Operations: How to Play and Rewards
You should always check the rarity of the rewards before blindingly enter a Stargate to get the most out of your 30 Vitality. Always aim to enter Stargates with 2-star or 3-star difficulties to get more Weapon Enhancement Materials.
You can easily solo-clear 1-star difficulty Interstellar Exploration, but it would be hard, or at least it would take longer for you, to finish the 2-star and 3-star difficulties. Match with random players or call on your friends or crewmates to help you finish it faster.
