Joint Operations are daily dungeons in the game where you defeat enemies with a team of four players. Each stage can drop Fortress Armor at Difficulty 6 and above.

At Level 50, some Fortress Armor will unlock in the Crystal Dust Store. This store uses Energy Dust Crystals, which you can get from using Vitality in dungeons and completing Ruins.

Unfortunately, the only method to get the best stats is by chance. All Equipment will have different Random Stats. No equipment will have the same Random Stats, nor can you change an equipment's Random Stats.
